Tragicomedy

My brother told me this joke when we were little. I liked the joke so much, I can still remember how my brother acted out the scene. Read on:

A man was walking by an alley when he saw a kid jumping over a makeshift trampoline. Curious, he walked up to the kid.

Man: Hey kid, that looks dangerous, what are you doing?

Kid: 65! 65! 65! 65! Bet you can't do this!! *grins* 65! 65! 65! 65!

Man: What do you mean 65, hey.. stop that you might hurt yourself..

Kid: Hahah! 65! 65! 65! 65! Bet you can't do this!! *grins* 65! 65! 65! 65!

Man: *annoyed* what the, hey... stop that! you think I can't do that huh?

Kid: 65! 65! Bet you can't do this mister! 65! 65! Haha!

Man: Why you.. *gets the kid off the makeshift trampoline and stands on it instead*

Man: I'll show you.. 65! Sixty...WHOAAAAAAAAHHHH!!

The kid stood there grinning, gets another sheet and covers the well. and continues..

Kid: 66! 66! 66! Hahaha!

Tragic... you thought it would be funny but it's disturbing...

Looking Forward to Something

It maybe silly but you're the first thought in my head in the morning. People might think it's nonsense but you just really make me like a giddy highschool girl every morning when you send me a "good morning!" message. I'm happy to have awoken to that, and happy that you just became the reason to start my day.

How did these all start anyway? The "good morning" text messages then soon came the "sweet dreams" for the night. I even found myself replying to "have a good lunch!" sms in the middle of the day, just talking about the food that I ate.

Then I thought, when was the last time this happened?

It must've been so long and I've gotten used already to not having to look forward to something every day. But you just made things different for me that I always wanted to see a message from you on my phone (it's full of your text messages now, by the way). You changed the way I think about mornings.

You changed the way I think about you.

I don't know you too well. I still am in the process of getting to know you. But I'm happy atleast, at this stage. The mystery makes it seem so interesting and I hope to know more.
